A grant from our “Fit for Life” hockey foundation will help support this years Fall-Winter Fit-for-Life Hockey Clinic. The fund has grown as a result of contributions from both our golf outing and vehicle purchases by our players. We have established the following criteria and pricing for this session. Packages will be processed based on previous participation and order received. Family members will skate for $10 when spots are available or they may choose a package once demand is known. Players holding current packages will have priority in selecting new packages until August 15, 2008.

D - Pay at the Door = $20.00 for Sunday or Tuesday/Thursday – Player’s must register weekly to skate

Cross-Over Packages - Skate both days! Cross-over packages allow players to have one package to skate both days. Each package level below will have priority over the one below it for purposes of determining skaters in the case of limited space.

AAAAA - All 58 Skates / $13.00 per skate = $754.00 (8 Available)

AAAA - 46 of 58 Skates / $14.50 per skate = $667.00 (8 Available)

AAA – 36 of 58 Skates / $16.00 per skate = $576.00 (10 Available)

Sunday / Prepaid Packages – 1.5 hours each 8:45 & 9:00 AM Start Times

This program begins September 7, 2008 through March. A Skate 8:45 AM 20 Players – R Skate 9 AM Start 26 Players

AA - All 30 Skates / $14.00 per skate = $420.00 – (6 Available)

Eligible Players: must have packages on both Sunday & Tuesday.

A - All 30 Skates / $15.00 per skate = $450.00 – (10 Available)

B - 20 of 30 Skates / $16.50 per skate = $330.00 – (10 Available)

Additional Skates $20.00 – Will have priority over C and D

C - 15 of 30 Skates / $18.00 per skate = $270.00 – (10 Available)

Additional Skates $20.00 – Will have priority over D and others

Tuesday A / Thursday R Prepaid Packages – One Pad 1.5 hours Start Time 5:00 PM

This program begins September 2, 2008 through March -. A Skate 20 Players – R Skate 26 Plus Goalies

A - All 28 Skates / $15.00 per skate = $420.00 – (11 Available)

B - 20 of 28 Skates / $16.50 per skate = $330.00 – (11 Available)

Additional Skates $20.00 – Will have priority over C and D

C - 15 of 28 Skates / $18.00 per skate = $270.00 – (11 Available)

Additional Skates $20.00 – Will have priority over D and others
